These Terms and Conditions of Online Courses, which incorporate by reference the Terms and Conditions of online course and which are subject to any Additional Online Terms and Conditions (if any) (together, the “Online Terms”), apply to the sale of any Online Course. Please read the Online Terms carefully before purchasing an Online Course. By registering for Online Course, you are confirming your agreement to be bound by the Online Terms.

Instructions for Online Registration

Note: Online registration is mandatory for admission.

  • Before proceeding to Online Registration Candidates must ensure: That they have scanned images of their photograph and signature in .jpg/.tiff format.
  • Candidate must fill his/her personal details such as address, number carefully.
  • After registration, the candidate can pay the fee by account transfer.

Note: Your admission to the concerned batch is provisional. It will be confirmed after we get payment confirmation.

For online Class

  • We provide the online class using a third-party software so the candidates have to comply in accordance with the terms and conditions of the same.
  • During the online class, it is mandatory for all the students to put their videos on.
  • We will use our best endeavours to provide the Online Courses advertised by EVS ACADEMY.

The Online courses/terms, and any other matters arising out of or in relation to the Online courses/terms, are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Govt of India. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Delhi courts to settle any disputes which may arise out of or in connection with the Online course/terms.
